Questions

Does it change orders on its own?

No. It creates a draft order only when you approve the PO. It never completes an order, sends an invoice or charges anyone.

How do I get started?

Subscribe, connect your store with a small app you create in Shopify's Dev Dashboard (about ten minutes, with step-by-step instructions), and forward your first PO.

How long can a PO be?

It reads up to about 70 lines. A longer PO is marked possibly incomplete at the top of its review, and lines cannot be added there, so finish any missing lines in the draft order in Shopify.

What can't it read?

Scanned PDFs with no text layer, HEIC photos and files over 10 MB. Send the original PDF, an Excel or CSV export, or a JPG or PNG photo instead.
